Dragging this back on topic: Here's some jolly nice looking tomato salad. Might please any vegetarians around here (dottirs) as well as cheffy types who like to throw seaweed in the shower* and follow it up with tomatoes and basil and there's a meal for two * bet you don't remember that one, Via

Looks extremely unappetising. I would have used a better pic. Looks like a one way trip to the hospital with salmonella poisoning.
Did you get it from hospitalmeals.com or did you make it yourself - in which case it looks yummy yummy.
