Just how LOW can YOU go?
Let's see if this will work...
Post a string of lyrics using one word from the previous post, but your post must be "FEWER" IN WORDS than the post above. Each time, we'll drop the limbo stick a bit more until we can't get any lower.
Okay, and words considered articles and short prepositions are NOT allowed (such as "a", "the", "in") to be used as the chosen repeated word.
Alright then, I'll start with lyrics from "Island In The Sun" (Weezer)...On an island in the sun, we'll be playing and having fun And it makes me feel so fine, I can't control my brain

But do short articles, prepositions and the like affect the word count, that is to say: are there 17 or 24 words in your posting (nice choice, by the way)?

Let's not worry about exact word count, unless someone wants to be bothered. If it 'looks' shorter than the last post, then the limbo stick has dropped enough. How's that?

Curses, I was using this question as a prevaricating tactic while I tried to think of a suitable next quotation. You’ve answered too quickly .

OK, how about this, then:
Oh island in the sun, willed to me by my father’s hand All my days I shall sing in praise of your forests,

Doesn't look like I answered too quickly this time. OK, how about this, then: Oh island in the sun, willed to me by my father’s hand All my days I shall sing in praise of your forests, Works for me! ... Little darling, it seems like years since it's been here Here comes the sun

Let's see if this will work... I'm still wondering, of course! ... city of New Orleans. Yes, that's my submission. Anyone go any lower? If you do, perhaps name the song title?

These modest mermaids - what are we to do?
Hope you don't mind. I'll start the flow with some Enya...
Let me sail, let me sail, let the Orinoco flow Let me reach, let me beach on the shores of Tripoli
